Welcome to Minas Garden Hotel! It will be a great pleasure to receive you in our facilities, below are our conditions and commercial policies.


COMMERCIAL POLICY MINAS GARDEN HOTEL DAS GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The accommodation has as a courtesy, parking, wifi internet and breakfast served from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10 am / Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7 am to 10:30 am;
  • We charge an optional tourism fee of R$1.50 per period (accommodation);
  • Check-in from 2 pm and check-out until 12 pm;
  • We work with payment at check in, without fail. Extra consumption expenses must be paid at check out in national currency,
    credit or debit card;
  • Payments by check will not be accepted in accordance with Art.315 of the Brazilian Civil Code;
  • Pets of any size are not allowed to enter the hotel;
  • Smoking is not allowed on the hotel's premises, as per federal law no.12546/11;
  • We do not have smoking apartments.


ACCOMMODATION POLICY FOR CHILDREN

  • Children under 0 to 04 years old in their parents' apartment will not be charged an additional fee, children aged 05 years or older pay as an adult;
  • It is forbidden to host minors under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or guardians or without authorization, as provided for in Art. 250 of the ECA - Law No. 8.069 of July 13, 1990 (To host a child or adolescent unaccompanied by their parents or responsible, or without written authorization from them or from the judicial authority, in a hotel, boarding house, motel or similar: (Wording given by Law No. 12.038, of 2009). The authorization must contain notarized signature, accompanied by a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians and of the minor.


CLAUSE II - PAYMENT METHODS

  • The total amount of the daily rate(s) or package must be paid at the time of check-in, we pay up to 03 interest-free installments on the credit card, with a minimum payment of R$ 150.00. Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, HIPERCARD, DINNERS and AMEX.


CLAUSE III - RESERVATION POLICY

  • To guarantee the reservation of your stay, it is necessary to prepay 50% of the total amount of the reserved period, by means of a bank deposit, within 7 days from the date of the reservation request and sending a receipt, or by means of a credit card. credit at time of booking. The remainder of the amount should
    be paid at check-in. In the case of special packages such as Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Holidays, payment of the total amount must be paid in advance. We accept all types of credit cards.


CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE

  • No fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines: In low season, 10 days prior to the entry date; In high season 30 days prior to entry date; Note: Always according to the availability of places at the hotel.
  • No changes will be made to Christmas, New Year, Carnival and holidays packages.


RESERVATION CANCELLATION

  • It must be done in writing via e-mail and confirmed by calling the number35 3712-6000Pursuant to Article 49 of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days, counting from his signature or from the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the purchase is made. occur off-premises;
  • Reflection period: 15 days prior to the date of entry into the hotel, the guest will receive a 30% refund of the deposited amount or credit in new daily rates, which can be used within a period of 01 year, observing the price list and hotel availability;
  • If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, there will be TOTAL LOSS of the amount paid for the package or night;
  • In the case of reservations made on partner Sites (online travel agencies) requests for cancellation or date change must be made
    directly on the website responsible for the reservation, exempting the hotel from any fine;
  • For group reservations, consult our reservation department via email: reservas@minasgarden.com.br;
  • The cancellation of the stay on arrival or after entering the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will result in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or night. Exceptional cases will be duly analyzed.
  • Periods such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and Extended Holidays, payment must be in full with the package hired, regardless of early departure.


CLAUSE IV - "NO SHOW" POLICY

  • Withdrawal without cancellation or no-show without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available for sale;
  • The cancellation of the stay on arrival or after entering the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will result in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or night. Exceptional cases will be duly analyzed;

GENERAL RULES

  • The use of the open parking lot is allowed to all guests without additional fee, being the guest's responsibility to place or remove the vehicles; We are not responsible for any damage or theft;
  • Visitors can be received in the TV room at the Hotel reception, their stay in the apartments being vetoed. In cases of meetings or private visits to the apartments, an additional R$ 100.00 per day will be charged;
  • The use of the whirlpool, sauna must be scheduled at the Hotel reception;
  • Massage service must be consulted for availability and values at the hotel reception;
  • Gym and game room can be used free of charge;
  • Any object found in the hotel will be kept for a period of 90 days, cataloged in a registry book. After this period, if there is no one looking for it, the object will be given the most convenient destination, at the discretion of the Hotel. In cases of Overbooking (overbooking) the hotel is responsible for
    refund the full amount paid, plus 10%;
  • Rates and conditions subject to change without notice, respecting confirmed and/or paid reservations. - In accordance with the provisions of articles 1467 and
    1.470 of the Brazilian Civil Code of 2002, the Hotel reserves the right to retain all goods that are in the possession of guests who do not greet their
    respective accounts;
  • The terms and conditions set forth in this document are intended to provide appropriate notices and clarifications to all customers, who declare, from now on, that they accept and are in agreement with the provisions of the clauses above.
